More explosions, more neon, more everything – Hed Media Games has officially launched their debut title, CyberTaxi: Lunatic Nights in Early Access today! Full of appreciation for the players' response to the demo version, Filip Liebert – solo-developer and the main creator behind CyberTaxi: Lunatic Nights continues tuning the title while listening to the community's voices and impressions.
The demo released during Steam Next Fest in February provided plenty of valuable feedback. As a result, the game received a range of improvements – from tutorials and quality-of-life updates, to more responsive taxi controls and an even greater number of destructible elements (yes, even more explosive barrels!). Expanded missions now bring fresh, wild twists – like a ride through a haunted house. Those eager to make things go “boom” can already grab the keys and attempt to start their almost-reliable futuristic taxis.

Your almost-reliable, yellow taxi, packed with the finest selection of destruction tools is at your disposal. Don’t forget to turn on the heater – through fogged up windows you won’t be able to see what you’re blowing up! Drive through crime-packed streets, pick up the strangest of passengers, and make money the old-fashioned way – speed ahead without worrying about the consequences, running over criminals, blowing things up – nothing should stop you from being the best cab driver in the city.

Two alternative combat modes – Engage in a carnage behind the wheel or step out to handle business face-to-face with a variety of weapons. The choice is yours, until everything goes “boom”.
Taxi sim meets action RPG – Earn cash by completing passenger requests and try to make your way through the streets while lighting up yet another pack of smokes. Manage your car’s energy level and invest in weapons (let’s be honest, a rocket launcher is way cooler than a new air freshener).
City that never sleeps (and rarely breathes) – Explore it while you can! Try to walk through the dystopian Prison City, uncover its dirty secrets, and take care of your car.... After all, you don't want to be stuck in a dark alley (or any other alley).
The absurdity continues – Cigarettes as first-aid kits? Energy drinks for stamina boosts? And a delicious smell of legendary Polish ‘kiełbasa’ in your fridge… That’s just how things work around here.
