Dinosaur Fossil Hunter is more than assembling dinosaur bones. Players have to travel to a dig site within different states in America, which isn’t always a safe venture.
The player will be given a variety of tools for field and laboratory work, allowing for the extraction, transport and cleaning of fragile fossils.
The culmination of the exploration work will be the presentation of the complete dinosaur skeleton in a museum. It’s customizable, and so are the displays. The dinosaur dioramas can be decorated to showcase a prehistoric setting, including plants and rocks, rivers or other species. It’s up to the player to decide how they want to display their new find. Both in the museum and on the maps players will be able to take pictures with a special drone.
The future of paleontologists is even brighter! Developers plan to expand the game with new exciting content. Players can expect additional locations to explore, new dinosaurs to discover, the launch of Steam Workshop, which will allow sharing dinosaur exhibits with the whole world and much more.
Game features:
- Unforgettable adventures: Embark on a scientific journey through locations inspired by U.S. landscapes and be ready to work hard as excavations can take place in the most challenging areas.
- Great toolbox: Use various exploration and excavation tools from pickaxe and motor saw to GPR for exploring and conducting excavations, both on land and underwater.
